Important Update: Upcoming Pricing Changes

At An Honest Host, our commitment has always been to provide you with reliable and superior hosting services. Today, we need to share some important news about upcoming changes to our pricing structure.

Why Are Prices Changing?

In our continuous effort to offer the best hosting experience, we have to adjust to the changing costs in the industry. Specifically, our software partners, including WHMCS and cPanel, have announced rate increases. While we have absorbed many costs in the past to avoid impacting you, these particular increases require for us to fully absorb without adjusting our own pricing.

While we had taken steps to keep prices affordable by moving to AWS earlier this year, the increases from cPanel and WHMCS unfortunately out striped the savings from the move.

New Pricing Details:

  • Shared Hosting Packages: Increase of $3
  • Public Cloud Packages: Increase of $20

It should be noted that even with these price increases, we are still competitively priced when it comes to the services we provide.

When Will These Changes Take Effect?

  • For New Customers: The new rates will be effective from December 1st, 2023.
  • For Existing Customers: Any rebills post-January 1st, 2024, will reflect the new rates.

We understand that price changes can be challenging. In light of this, we're actively developing alternative solutions that might better align with your current budget. However, these alternatives are still in progress and won't replicate all features of our existing plans.

Renew Early to Save:

To show our appreciation for your continued support, we're offering you the opportunity to renew your service at the current rate before January 1st, 2024. This way, you can extend your service period at the existing price.
